Alliance Features Guide

In this guide, we’ll cover the different Alliance features in Last Asylum and explain why joining an Alliance is essential for every player.

Joining an Alliance is one of the most important steps you can take. Not only does it provide valuable bonuses, but it also gives you access to major Alliance-exclusive events and features that cannot be accessed alone.

Alliance Benefits

There are two major Alliance systems that provide benefits to members:

  • Alliance Gifts
  • Alliance Research

Alliance Gifts

The Alliance Gift system rewards the entire Alliance whenever members contribute by purchasing eligible packs or participating in certain activities.

There are 20 Alliance Gift Levels, with each level unlocking new bonuses and features for the Alliance.

For example:

  • Alliance Gift Level 5 unlocks the Alliance Mail feature, allowing members with the R4 rank or higher to send mail to the entire Alliance.

Refer to the table below for the complete list of rewards and features unlocked at each Alliance Gift Level.

LevelBonusDescription
5Alliance MailAllows R4 and above to send mails to Alliance members.
8Alliance Caravan speed BoostIncreases travel speed of Caravan by 10%.
10R4 expansionIncreases R4 member limit by 2.
12Alliance Caravan EnhancementAlliance Caravan heist attempt -1.
15Claim AllUnlocks “Claim All” features for claiming gifts.
16Alliance Caravan DEF IncreasedA player can now fail 3 times in a row when attacking a Caravan.
20Alliance Caravan VIPA Caravan Coachman can invite Alliance member to become VIP and ride together.

How to Increase Alliance Gift Level

Your Alliance Gift Level increases by earning and claiming Alliance Chests. These chests can be obtained through the following methods:

  1. When an Alliance member purchases a pack that contains an Alliance Chest, every member of the Alliance receives an Alliance Gift.
  2. Successfully rallying and defeating Elite Blight and Wandering Blight also rewards the Alliance with Alliance Chests.

Each time members claim an Alliance Chest, the Alliance Gift progress increases. The amount of progress earned depends on the quality of the chest—the higher the chest quality, the more progress it provides.

Alliance Research

Alliance Research functions similarly to personal Technology Research, but instead of being completed individually, it is researched collectively by the entire Alliance.

Completing Alliance Research grants powerful buffs and unlocks useful features for all Alliance members. Some technologies even unlock special functions, such as automatically joining Alliance rallies while you are offline.

There are two categories of Alliance Research:

Development Research

Development Research focuses on improving your Alliance’s overall growth and economy. These technologies provide bonuses such as:

  • Construction Speed
  • Research Speed
  • Gathering Speed
  • Resource Production
  • Other development-related buffs

War Research

War Research enhances your Alliance’s military capabilities. These technologies provide bonuses such as:

  • Increased Troop Load
  • Faster Troop Training
  • Rally Speed
  • Combat-related buffs

Which Alliance Research Should You Prioritize?

The best technology to research depends on your Alliance’s current goals.

  • If your Alliance is focused on rapid growth and development, prioritize Development Research to improve construction, research, and gathering efficiency.
  • If your Alliance is preparing for PvP, Alliance events, or large-scale battles, prioritize War Research to strengthen your troops and improve combat performance.

Refer to the table below for the recommended Alliance Technologies to research based on specific goals and the buffs your Alliance wants to prioritize.
