Resource Plundering Guide

In Last Asylum, resources are scarce especially when you hit higher levels of your buildings. You need way more resources to upgrade each Resources become increasingly scarce in Last Asylum, especially as you reach higher levels of your buildings. Each upgrade requires significantly more resources, which can create a major bottleneck in your Territory’s progression.

One of the best ways to maintain a steady supply of resources is to plunder resources from other players on the World Map. This allows you to collect the resources needed to start your next building or research upgrade without waiting for your own resource production.

Main Resources

There are three primary resources required for Building and Research upgrades:

  • Timber
  • Herb
  • Grain

These resources can be obtained by plundering other players on the World Map.

Generally, players with higher-level Sanctuaries tend to have larger resource reserves, making them more attractive targets for plundering.

How to Plunder Resources

1. Look for Players Without an Alliance

When choosing a target, it is generally best to look for players who do not belong to an alliance.

There are several advantages to this:

  • They are less likely to receive reinforcements from alliance members.
  • You reduce the risk of retaliation from another alliance.
  • You avoid weakening active players who are contributing to your server’s overall strength.

2. Scout the Target

Before launching an attack, scout the enemy player’s Territory.

Check how many resources are available for plundering and determine whether the potential reward is worth the stamina and troops required for the attack.

Do not attack blindly. Scouting first helps you identify profitable targets and avoid wasting stamina on players with low resource reserves.

3. Attack and Plunder

If the target has an appropriate amount of resources available, launch your attack and plunder the resources.

The amount you can actually bring back depends heavily on your troops’ Load capacity.

Troop Load Is Important

Your troops’ Load determines how many resources they can carry after a successful attack.

Higher-tier soldiers generally provide greater Load capacity, while certain technologies can further increase your troops’ Load.

Because of this, improving your troops and researching technologies that increase Troop Load can significantly improve the efficiency of your resource-plundering runs.

The more resources your troops can carry per attack, the more value you can get from each point of stamina.

Daily Plundering Limit

There is an important daily limit to keep in mind.

You can plunder approximately 27M of each resource per day before receiving a debuff that reduces your plunder gains by 15%.

This means you should carefully manage your attacks throughout the day.
